Hi Tours Marketing Managers ensures the active selling of Hi Tours product overseas by organising or being part of India Tourism organized Road shows, Promotions, Sales Blitzes etc. We also support key hotel partners and operate joint sales calls with them.

Our Marketing team will support all partners by providing information and checking the accuracy of brochure text, press releases or mailings and make available to you our selection of destination slides (available in a Photo library on our website in high-resolution formats). Hi Tours hold ones of the most comprehensive and up to date photo-libraries on the destination. We also provide assistance and recommendations in product selection.

We provide a host of services to help support our partners in their presentations to their clients. We do this through:

• Organising Press trips, Familiarisation Trips, staff training sessions to educate our partners, their staff and clients in understanding our destination better. In general Site Inspections are conducted. However, depending on the level of resources required and the existing level of commitment to commercial passengers and groups, we may sometimes charge a nominal-handling fee. This covers such services like co-ordination of the itinerary, visa charges, guide services, all transfers, and excursions. Although we endeavour to secure all other supplier/hotel services FOC, if any charges are levied by the suppliers these will passed on at net cost, after negotiation to get the lowest rate possible of course.
• Providing Top of the range collateral, as in Videos, access on-line to one of the region’s most updated photo library for use in their own brochures, award winning brochures etc.
• Providing our partners with comprehensive information through our monthly Product Update covering developments in the destinations within our area of operation – these are dispatched on monthly basis by EMail. Changes that may affect any contracted product or offers will be dispatched immediately and separately from the monthly updates.
• By assisting our partners’ endeavours in promoting and presenting our Destinations to their major clients.

Hi Tours owns a fleet of air conditioned vehicles ranging from deluxe 35-seater A/C luxury coaches, deluxe 28 seater A/C luxury coasters, deluxe 18 seater A/C luxury coasters, 4WD vehicles and Light Motor Vehicles. Apart from this, our transport division ensure that we secure all further transportation requirements.

Vehicle Standards: Our fleet is brand new and well maintained and fully insured. All vehicles are depreciated over a period of three years for Coaches and Coasters and two years for all 4WDs. Hi Tours continues its permanent search for novel and better solutions for our clients, and is the trendsetter in the industry in the region.

Driver standards: All our drivers are selected carefully at entry level and have to go through an official driving test. Some of the minimum criteria for all our drivers are (a) Excellent driving skills, (b) Excellent knowledge of the city roads / country, (c) Courteous and Service oriented, (d) Good command of English language, (e) Good communication skills, (f) Well groomed and uniformed.
